And so, the birth of www.VetHomesForVets.com My idea was to see if veteran owners would sell their homes to their fellow veterans. This would serve those who served and deserves homeownership!.
WORKING TOGETHER
In 2020 the statistics in the state of California, only 28,679 veteran home purchases. Think of how many more veterans could buy with the help of their service brothers and sisters?
MY SERVICES
Mary Ann, as a real estate broker, my sincerity starts from the heart, and so does my service. Because I genuinely care, I believe we have a duty to give back. For this reason, I am passionate about providing homeownership, which is critical to me, for Veterans. However, Veterans hold a warm and grateful place in my heart, for back during World War ll, my father was a 14-year-old, a U.S. citizen, forced by fate into guerilla warfare. He’d been tortured, a prisoner of war, and left for dead. Until a navy airman assigned to count the bodies heard faint moans from my dad’s emaciated and brutally wounded body. My father would have died, but the airman held my father in his arms and carried him to the Red Cross. Because of that act, I was born. So my service to veterans is my showing of gratitude!

Paula also cares about the future of her community. A resident of Sonoma County since 1989, Paula believes that giving back is the responsibility of every successful businessperson. This applies to the Veterans as well, I have been proving vets home loans for over 18 years. Vets have a special place in my heart as my father, sister and brothers have all served in armed for.
