This is review of Mary Ann Cadorna, I and my wife were very lucky to meet Mary Ann and have her as our agent when we were buying a house this year. We are the first time home buyers and were very concerned about whole process and different details we were not aware about. She made sure me, my husband and my mom understood everything that was going on, she made sure our lender was doing his job and she worked really hard with the other agent to reassure the seller that everything was getting done. Being a first time home buyer, I was looking for a realtor who was reliable and could guide me through the whole process by providing advice using his/her expertise.
