That was a sincere wish, for I have been actively working with my first time home buyers since August of this year. It’s been quite a journey from San Francisco County, to San Mateo County, Costal Towns to finally land in Contra Costa County, and an arduous four month orange versus apples comparison. Finally to achieve my 3 B Standards of 1)BEST Home, 2) BEST Location, 3) BEST Price, but we weren’t there yet, but felt like we were getting close.
And so, I took a little break and brought in the Christmas season by attending the 36th Annual Embarcadero Building Lighting and Carnival event at the Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA.
As I was enjoying the festivities, I thought I need to go to Santa and ask him for a home for my buyers. Being the only adult in line, I was determined to see Santa, and the child in me was ready to have a moment with Santa, and ask that most special question. Santa please bring my buyers nice home for Christmas. He said he would keep the wish in his heart. I texted the photo to my first time homebuyers, and they replied ask Santa to get us a home for Christmas, I exclaimed that I already did.
Now my visit to the Embarcadero and my Santa request was on November 18, 2022, and low and behold, 5 days later on November 23, 2022, after some impossible dream negotiations my first time home buyer’s offer was accepted, and they did not believe this was possible at all! However, there can be miracles when you believe, and I believed I could get them their forever dream home and their dream came true.
