This Certificate of Accreditation from the Better Business Bureau for Sincerity Realty, Mary Ann Cadorna, Broker-Owner, means so much to me, for ironically, it’s the foundation of my 3 B standards for doing business.
My 3 B standards are the 1.) BEST Home, 2.) BEST Location, 3.) BEST Price. It isn’t easy to want the best for your clients, but there’s nothing like the rewarding feeling of ensuring my buyers are in the best position possible with their homes, price, and location. Because I know I’ve done my good deed, my clients can start building their dreams on the stability and foundation of homeownership.
1.) The BEST Home means they don’t necessarily have to move again; they are, for all practical purposes, in their forever home. It’s easy to sell someone a home, but when you place standards on that search, finding the best home in the best condition becomes challenging. It makes the task harder, but when you are on a mission like myself, I know how much having a good home will do for buyers and, conversely, what a bad home can cost in repairs, money, and stress.
2.) The BEST Location is another surmountable task, especially when the search is price-driven, and most buyers don’t realize that the area they want may not be in their qualified price range. And so, we try to place their pre-approval amount in the best location possible that still fits their needs and wants. The reason is the benefits of homeownership far outweigh the empty well of renting. In renting, you’re filling up the profit well of someone else while you miss out on the stability of owning a home that adds to your personal wealth, along with tax-deductible benefits.
*A little side note, if real estate wasn’t such a significant investment, why do you think all the wall street companies, insurance companies, and big conglomerates eat up the inventory? Because they make money off appreciation while they depreciate the property and get high rents. So stop being a renter doubter, and let me help you become a home believer achiever!
3.) The BEST Price is the last but not the least of my 3 B’s; this is where the negotiations come into play, and it can be a tricky hand and especially if the seller is playing hardball. Negotiations are defined as discussions aimed at reaching an agreement, and there are many heart-to-heart discussions to agree on. However, when someone needs a home, passion and having a mission are great motivators to have those multiple discussions to finally come to the price that allows that offer to get accepted.
I can achieve my 3B’s because it’s a heart mission, “sincerity starts from the heart,” and it is planted in the foundation of the Better Business Bureau’s 8 principles.
