My 3 B Standards for my clients are getting them the 1)BEST Home in the 2) BEST Location for the 3)BEST Price, and that is, more times than not, a high bar to meet.

However,  with drive, dedication, passion, trust, faith, hope, and love. Together we made it over that high 3 B hurdle, and we made it to the top of the summit, and again, I’ve planted a flag flying high in their name. A journey to scale that mountain of want and hope and finally to make it!

You may ask why I work so hard to achieve my 3 Bs. Because for me, if my buyers make their best purchase now, they can enjoy their home indefinitely, without the thought that they don’t have the best, and they have to live with the onus over their head that they have to buy again!
